Refund Policy

For cancellations 30 days or more before the start of your holiday, we can offer 100% refunds. For cancellations 14-30 days before the start of your holiday, we can offer 50% refunds. For cancellations less than 14 days before the start of your holiday, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund. However, all cancellations will receive a security deposit refund. A member of the Ragdale Glamping team will review your cancellation and process any refunds owed.
